I just placed an order, can I cancel or edit the order?

Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. However, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Return & Exchange Policy We want you to love your American Farmacy products. If something isn't right, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by our team. While we strive to accommodate every request, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How can i check the status of my order?
  • Email Notifications: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Account Dashboard: If you created an account, you can SIGN IN to view your order history and current fulfillment status.


Quick Note: If you recently placed an order during a high-volume period, please allow a few business days for processing before tracking information becomes active.

Where's my package?

We ask that you give USPS up to 3 weeks to deliver your package from the date it leaves our warehouse. If your goodies haven't arrived after that 3-week window, please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your order number.
